The Southern Forest Products Association (SFPA) Board of Directors elected its 2019 slate of officers during its recent Annual Meeting in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. They are Immediate Past Chairman Donna Whitaker of Interfor U.S., Peachtree City, Georgia; Chairman Donny White of Ray White Lumber Company, Sparkman, Arkansas; Vice Chairman Steven Mason of PotlatchDeltic, El Dorado, Arkansas; Treasurer Neal Shunk of Weyerhaeuser, Hot Springs, Arkansas. The Board also reelected Tami Kessler as Executive Director.
The officers assume their duties immediately.
“I look forward to continuing the legacy of this association, working with the excellent staff at SFPA,” Chairman White said. “Our association is a strong voice in the industry, and I hope to build on that strength as we continue activities through the coming year,” he added.
SFPA is a nonprofit trade association that has represented manufacturers of Southern Pine lumber since 1915. Today, SFPA is the leading source of information about Southern Pine products for design-build professionals and consumers.
