The Southern Forest Products Association (SFPA) has announced that its 34th Forest Products Machinery & Equipment Exposition – EXPO 2017 – will be held June 14-16, 2017 at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center.  The show’s theme: Blueprint for Success.

Sponsored and conducted by SFPA every two years since 1950, this event has traditionally included many of the biggest names in the business displaying everything from sawmill machinery to materials handling equipment, attracting key representatives from the nation’s largest wood products manufacturers.

“Many exhibitors from the 2015 show have already expressed plans to expand their displays for the 2017 event,” reports SFPA’s exposition director Eric Gee. “With the housing market turnaround in motion, next year’s Expo is the best place to be for companies wanting to showcase equipment, products and services for the wood industry,” he adds.  Expo 2015 featured 188 exhibitors, with a total attendance of more than 2,200.
